Reading Comprehension in Aptitude exams is a part almost every student has anxiety about. This anxiety about regarding comprehension can be called Apprehension.

 

Heed:


Pay attention to; take notice of
He should have heeded the warnings

In classrooms, you listen only to those chapters that you think you NEED to score well in the exam. This NEED that leads you to pay attention sincerely is known as "HEED".

 

Perturb:


Make (someone) anxious or unsettled
They were perturbed by her capricious behaviour.

The elder brother of 'Disturb' is 'Perturb'. While disturbing someone, you make someone unsettled a bit, while in case of 'Perturb', you make the person heavily unsettled or anxious.
